Rules police have forced me to change the way I will be doing my progressive mystery auctions. Ebay has ruled in their stupidity that just becuase the items happen to by bella sara, yugioh, pokemon, magic the gathering, etc.. and so on type of cards, they cant be listied under those type of cards auction becuase its a mystery auction and has to be put in the in the wierd auctions even they common sense states that they are cards, they are from that card game so they should be listed under the card game. They cancelled out about 25 auctions. I have recreated them into a progressive repack, same idea but no sleeve this time. I have started with our more popular Bella Sara ones to see if this flies with Ebay. If they approve we will expand it. Please remember, while we garentee the amount of cards will equal by book value to the auction bid or higher, we pick cards at random, do not garentee rarity and there is no refunds to prevent people from switching cazrds and sending back cards they dont want back to me.

The hottest new card game for kids and early teens is here and we have it. Its call Bella Sara and its perfect for little imaginations as well as stressing positive ideals! A little about the cards: Bella Sara is a popular trading card game published in the United States and Canada by Seattle-based game company Hidden City Games[1]. The cards have images of illustrated horses with positive, inspirational messages on them and can be traded or used to play games. Each card also includes a unique activation code printed at the bottom. The code can be used to activate and play with that card's horse online at www.bellasara.com. The cards were first released on a trial run to United States consumers in Seattle and San Diego at the end of 2006. Sales during that trial run were high enough to convince reailers to take the cards national in March 2007[2]. Since then the cards have continued to grow in popularity with pre-teen or "tween" girls because of the horse subject matter, the collectability, and the ability to "own" their own horse online. These can be purchased in packs, each of which contains a random assortment of cards. Card packs can be purchased online or at a number of retailers world wide. All cards are published for a limited time in "sets". Just added today are the following foil chase card inserts : Bello Series 1, Bello Series 2, Skinfaxe northern lights, Misla Series 2 Jonas Northern Lights. Also in the store are several common and other rares including the namesake Bella from Northern Lights!
  • Super Bowl Picks

I have decided that this year since my Saints were knocked out of the playoffs that I would support a team who have had their current success from careful rebuilding and the never say die attitude of one of the NFL's veteran quarterbacks. Thats right, I am throwing my support behind the Green Bay packers. They had it all this year, great offense, strong quarterback, a tough defense and outstanding special teams. At the beginning of the year I thought that Favre would be ineffective but he proved me and others who though he sahould have retired wrong. In fact, he says he now enjoys the game again and wouldnt mind coming back next year if the packers will have him. And with the support he has, there should be nothing standing between him and the gold ring!

I just listed two coins and 1 medallion today into the store. The first is an 8 Double coins from the Channel Island of Gurnsey. This coin is pre-decimal from this ballick of the United Kingdom (England) and is in great shape. The next one is a 10 Markka coin from the 1930's Finland. Great color and overall tone of this coin makes it attractive as well as scarcity of finding these in this area. The last is what appears to be a copper medal celebrating the launch of Apollo XII . This medal is encased in plastic and I didnt want to break the casing just to get a better scan but its an interesting piece of history. I have no clue when it was made and searches on Ebay have not shown and currently being offered or offered in the recent past.
  • New commissions from Spin4cards and new setup

    8:39 PM PST, 1/4/2008

We have reworked our contract with spin4cards to enable a more efficient setup and to avoid confusion. All items will now remain in my possession and I will do his mailing for him. That being said, it now opens up his auctions for world wide delivery as well as allows me to combine any purchases within my store together with his as opposed to in the past there were times where we had to refund and cancel orders at bidders request due to we couldnt combine them. This also makes it so those in the central new york area who win auctions can now pick them up from me for only a nominal fee of $1 (have to charge a pick up fee in this case due to the supplies and time involved). Current auctions for him in the next few days will be items from 2007 Upper Deck Sweet Spot Football. I listed 6 items tonight already to give a sneak peek. 3 autographed rookie cards (Joe Thomas, LaRon Landry and Tony Hunt) which are unique in the fact they are autographed on mini helmets which are embedded in the card. There are also 2 autographs on ball cards(Jacoby Jones and James Jones) and the real hot card of this posting an Adrian Peterson Sweet Swatch Patch 46/50 which is 3 colors! A great card of the 2007 Offensive NFL Rookie of the Year!
